I'm always a fan of books that are to the point, and this one gets right down to the essentials of sales recruiting and staff rotation. Brad Smart and Greg Alexander provide a clear set of results based justifications for changing the way that you hire and rate your sales team, and go on to detail what that means and how to do it. This appears to be an extension of what Brad Smart is famous for, “Topgrading”, which is hiring and retaining top performing employees with the added benefit of a very sales centric approach with additional expertise from Greg Alexander.
